For me, photography is about celebrating the lives of people, capturing their passions by creating a permanent piece of art.
In the beginning of my photography career, I connected with a dance company and began photographing dancers. I fell in love with the combination of light and movement along with the passion of the dancer….It’s beautiful and made for a photograph. The thing is, I’ve also loved creating portraits, and connecting with people through my camera.
Over the past year, with my focus on people and passion, I’m determined to focus in on those things I’m most passionate about, for that is where I do my best work. Senior portraits for dancers is not about excluding those who don’t dance, but more about doing what I do best, and creating something truly unique. I want to create the photographs that tell the story of you.
